Situated in the Victorian Central Highlands on
Djadjawurrung Country, Elevated Springs
takes in 70 acres of pristine volcanic bushland
that backs onto the state forest.

With views to Mt Franklin, the property provides a space for clarity and transformation.
The Shed has been built using recycled materials including an old basketball court
and timber posts from the Fremantle Pier. Entirely off-grid, the property ensures
a sustainable footprint and deep connection to nature. Enjoy the wood-fired hot tub,
sweat lodge, cold plunges and our newly constructed handmade tipi.
We share stories, great food and build a strong community.

Elevated Springs’ focus is wellness.

Our day or weekend retreats include, mindfulness, ice baths, cold plunge, breath work, wood fired hot tub,
traditional stone sweat lodge, and campfire conversations.

One of the core elements of these retreats is nutrition.
The food philosophy here is very simple and is based on local, clean produce,
which includes the highest quality whole foods.
We believe health should be stress free and nourishing.
The founders are passionate about supporting the local farmers and producers
that supply this amazing bounty to us.

Vegetarians and vegans will be catered for at all times along with anyone on a carnivore, paleo and keto approach.
Our meals are always gluten free and seed oil free.

All meals are offered in a communal and nourishing environment.
